IATA expects strong peak season this year
More voices from the global air freight market indicate strong peak season this year. IATA expects an 8% volume growth in Q3, which will mean strong rate increases across the board. Rates have been growing steadily since June, according to IATA, with expectation of strong increases in September and October.
